  1. WCL: a Command Processor for Windows,
  2. and Win-OS/2. This is a full Windows
  3. Command Shell and suite of utilities.
  4. It presents a Windows implementation 
  5. of a "C:>" prompt, full emulation of DOS 
  6. commands like DIR, COPY, DEL, REN, MD, 
  7. RD, CD, TYPE, DELTREE, COPYTREE, etc.
  8. It also features application execution and
  9. file management from the WCL prompt, timed
  10. scheduling of commands, a ticking clock,
  11. batch file processing and basic scripting 
  12. in Windows, filename completion, command 
  13. aliases, a "foreach" command, UNZIP, 
  14. UUencode and UUdecode functions, and a 
  15. large number of internal commands.
  16. WCL provides hooks for programmers to 
  17. write their own extensions to the WCL
  18. command set and can also function as the 
  19. Windows shell.
